Two Conditions Must Exist to Maintain a Sustainable Economy

1) Jobs must pay enough to provide a livable wage that enables the workers to provide for their family, secure a comfortable retirement and build a solid foundation for their children’s future.

2) Locally owned small businesses must be supported. Local businesses keep money in the local economy, where it circulates, creating many times the buying power of dollars that leave the community.

When we invest in our workers and local businesses, the communities become stronger and can provide for their schools, parks, safety services and improve their quality of life.
